Distinguished Alumni Award Nomination Form
At the Mineral Area College Commencement Ceremony each May, the Distinguished Alumni Award is presented to an individual who has attended Mineral Area College or Flat River Junior College, has achieved distinction in his or her chosen field, and has made contributions to the community which transcend the norm. Preference is given to those who have earned a MAC or FRJC degree.
