8:00am - Set-Up

(4 volunteers needed) - Help set up tents, tables, and coolers

9:00am - Fire & Cooking Prep

(2 volunteers needed) - Light fire and assist Kurt with cooking

10:00am - Food Prep & Order Setup

(4 volunteers needed) - Juggle meat and prep orders and transition to on-site orders

11:00am - 1:00pm - On-site Orders

(4 volunteers needed) - take and manage walk-up orders

11:00am - 1:00pm - Deliver Orders

(5 volunteers needed) - handle and deliver orders

1:30pm - Clean-up

(4 volunteers needed) - break down tents, tables, and clean area
